About Flowmingo
Flowmingo is a Y Combinator-backed startup, supported by VinaCapital and global investors, building the next generation of hiring infrastructure.
Hiring today is fundamentally broken. Recruiters only interview around 5% of applicants, leaving the majority of qualified talent invisible. Flowmingo flips this model by using AI interviews to help companies surface hidden talent at scale.
But we are not only building an AI product.
We are also building an AI-native company.
That means we do not believe in doing marketing, growth, or operations the traditional way when AI can help us move faster, test more ideas, automate repetitive work, and find better answers from data.
This role sits at the center of that growth engine.
About the Role
This is not a traditional marketing internship.
We are looking for someone who is genuinely obsessed with AI, workflow automation, growth experiments, and data-driven problem solving.
You should be the kind of person who sees a manual process and immediately thinks:
"How can AI automate this?"
"How can this become a repeatable workflow?"
"How can we generate 10 versions instead of doing 1 manually?"
"How can we use data to know what is actually working?"
You will work across growth, marketing operations, AI SEO, analytics, automation, and internal systems.
The goal is simple: help Flowmingo grow faster by using AI better than traditional teams.
What You Will Work On
1. AI Workflow Automation & Growth Systems
You will help us turn messy, manual workflows into simple, scalable systems.
This may include:
Creating AI-powered workflows for content, outreach, research, reporting, and internal operations
Using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Zapier, n8n, Airtable, Google Sheets, Notion, or other AI tools to automate repetitive work
Building trackers, templates, prompts, dashboards, and operating playbooks
Improving team workflows so we can move faster with less manual effort
Finding better ways to use AI in everyday growth and operations work
We do not want someone who waits for instructions.
We want someone who naturally looks for broken processes and tries to improve them.
2. AI-Native Marketing, Content & AI SEO
We are not looking for someone who only thinks in traditional marketing formats.
We want someone who understands that marketing is changing because of AI.
You may work on:
AI SEO and search visibility across Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and other discovery channels
Landing page copy and messaging experiments
AI-assisted content workflows for articles, social posts, videos, reports, and campaign assets
Researching how users search, compare, and make decisions in AI-powered environments
Creating content systems that can generate, test, and improve multiple versions quickly
Turning one idea into multiple formats using AI tools
For example, instead of only asking, "How do we write one blog post?"
You should be thinking:
"How do we build a system that helps us generate, test, and improve 50 useful content pieces?"
"How do we make Flowmingo visible when people ask AI tools about hiring, recruitment, or interview automation?"
"How can AI help us create better videos, pages, explainers, and campaigns faster?"
3. Analytics, Business Insights & Experimentation
We want someone who is comfortable with data and curious about business problems.
You do not need to be a professional data analyst yet, but you should enjoy finding patterns, asking why something happened, and using AI to get better insights.
You may work on:
Analyzing growth experiments and campaign results
Tracking activation, conversion, reply rates, usage behavior, and content performance
Using AI to clean, classify, summarize, and interpret data
Building simple dashboards or reports that show what is working and what is not
Turning raw data into clear business recommendations
Helping the team decide what to test, stop, improve, or scale next

You May Be a Fit If You
Are genuinely excited about AI and use it every day to learn, build, write, analyze, or automate
Do not like doing repetitive work manually when there is a smarter way
Learn new tools quickly and are not afraid to experiment
Enjoy turning vague problems into clear workflows or next steps
Are interested in growth, marketing, operations, analytics, or business strategy
Can think logically and explain your reasoning clearly
Have decent taste in clean content, structure, messaging, and user experience
Are comfortable working in English
Care about both speed and quality
Are curious about how startups grow with limited resources

You do not need to be excellent at everything.
But it is a strong signal if you can do at least one of these:
Build a simple webpage or landing page using AI tools
Create an automation that saves time
Use AI to generate, repurpose, or improve content at scale
Analyze a dataset and explain the key findings clearly
Build a simple dashboard, tracker, or reporting system
Create prompts or workflows that produce consistently good outputs
Understand SEO, AI SEO, content strategy, or growth experiments
Turn messy ideas into a clean doc, workflow, or operating system
Use AI tools beyond basic chatting
We care less about your degree or past job title.
We care more about how you think, how fast you learn, and how well you use AI to solve real problems.
