Plan and execute Email Marketing campaigns based on customer segments and business objectives.
Build segmentation and optimize email content based on user behavior and CRM data.
Set up and manage workflow automation, implementing automated sending scenarios (welcome, cart abandonment, re-engagement, etc.).
Collaborate with the Content & Design teams to create engaging, UX/UI-optimized emails that ensure high inbox placement.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance through key metrics: open rate, click rate, unsubscribe rate, conversion, etc.
Comply with data privacy regulations and anti-spam laws.
Work closely with the Performance team to align messaging and optimize costs.
Provide regular reports to the Leader/Manager on campaign effectiveness and propose improvements.
WORKING HOURS
Monday to Friday, plus 2 Saturdays per month (alternating).
Working time: [protected info] (lunch break 12:15 - 13:30).

Education and Experience
Graduated in Marketing, Communications, or E-commerce.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Email Marketing.
Technical Skills
Proficient with tools such as Klaviyo (must-have), Mailchimp, HubSpot, automation, and segmentation.
Experienced in setting up automated workflows, segmentation, and email content personalization.
Strong ability to analyze performance metrics and conduct A/B Testing.
Preferably knowledgeable in technical email factors: domain reputation, SPF, DKIM, DMARC.
Able to collaborate effectively with content and design teams.
Attitude and Soft skills
Strong strategic and analytical thinking, data-driven mindset.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible for campaign outcomes.
Good teamwork skills; Able to collaborate across departments and handle tight deadlines.
Willingness to learn and stay updated with new technologies and email marketing trends.
English: Strong reading comprehension and information processing skills.
Interest in e-commerce and US-UK culture; Understanding international consumer behavior is a plus.

Salary: 10,000,000 - 15,000,000 VND/month or negotiable based on ability.
Performance evaluation review twice a year.
