Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Intern to join our team for an 8-week internship program. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop marketing skills and gain practical experience in a dynamic environment. As a Marketing Intern, you will work closely with our marketing team on a variety of tasks, including content creation, graphic/visual design, SEO optimization, social media management, and growth hacking projects.
Key Responsibilities:

As a Marketing Intern, you will work closely with our marketing team on a variety of tasks, including content creation, graphic/visual design, SEO optimization, social media management, and growth hacking projects.
Content Creation:
Assist in writing and editing blog posts, EdTech reviews, and PR articles.
Create engaging content for different stages of the buyer's journey.
SEO and
Digital Marketing:
Learn and apply SEO strategies to optimize content.
Support the creation of LinkedIn ads and other digital marketing initiatives.
Social Media and Engagement:
Manage and schedule social media posts across various platforms.
Monitor and engage with social media interactions to increase brand visibility.
Growth Hacking Projects:
Participate in the development and execution of growth hacking strategies.
Collaborate with team members to achieve project milestones and measure impact.
Analytics and Reporting:
Assist in analyzing marketing performance metrics.
Prepare weekly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
Team Collaboration:
Attend and contribute to regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
Work with team members to meet project goals and deadlines.
Weekly Commitment:
Meetings: 3 hours per week (3 x 1-hour meetings)
KPI-related Tasks: 7-10 hours per week (includes blog creation, EdTech reviews, social media posting, inbound marketing outreach, PR article drafting, LinkedIn engagement, and analytics/reporting)
Growth Hacking Project Work: 2-3 hours per week
Learning and Skill Development: 1-2 hours per week
Total Estimated Weekly Commitment: 15-21 hours (average of 18 hours)
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media platforms.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
