Get to know the team
Business Platform Tech Family (BP TF) is a platform TF with the mission to create an easy-to-use platform that empowers every business in Southeast Asia to connect, engage, and transact with Grab consumers.
Within BP TF, we are looking for interns to join us in teams:
Business growth: we help businesses grow on our platform by helping them understand their performance and recommend improvement solutions.
Presence management: we empower the businesses to present their best identity on our platform to consumers and internally
Get to know the role
You can now apply for our H2 Term-Time Internship, running from Sep 2024. Our internships are designed to provide real-world experience that enables you to put everything you've learned into action and give you an opportunity to join us in driving South East Asia forward together.
As a Product Manager Intern, you will collaborate with our regional team in Singapore as well as our business and tech teams across the region. Your role will involve market landscape analysis and product ideation to refine our product strategies and execute part of the strategy through product development. Your contributions at Grab will directly impact our product and user experience. Additionally, you will have numerous opportunities to engage with various stakeholders within the organization, gaining insights into Grab's success stories and growth journey.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development and management of product features, ensuring they align with the company's goals and objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and design to guide products from conception to launch.
Conduct market research to identify user needs and business opportunities.
Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape

Qualifications
The Must-Haves
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proficient in English (from Upper-intermediate/B2 level), in both written and verbal, with strong team collaboration skills.
Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Critical thinking skills, proactive attitude, and a readiness to take on challenges.
The Nice-to-Haves
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence without formal authority.
A deep sense of empathy for users, understanding their needs and experiences.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and principles
Previous internship experience in Product Management or a related role
