JOB DESCRIPTION
Payroll & Taxes:
Process monthly payroll: Calculate pay, process deductions (tax, social security, etc.), and issue payslips.
Tax & Regulatory Reporting: Submit regular reports to relevant state agencies (social insurance, tax authorities, labor department, etc.) as required by regulations.
Time Management:
Manage timesheet data: Maintain accurate data for both regular work hours and Work-From-Home schedules.
Benefits Administration:
Manage employee health insurance package: Provide information, answer questions, and guide employees on utilizing their health insurance benefits.
Expatriate Management:
Manage expat work documents: Assist with the process of acquiring and maintaining work permits and other relevant documentation for expatriate employees.
Advise on expat procedures: Provide advice and guidance on procedures related to working regulations and benefits for expatriate employees.
HR Regulatory Compliance:
Develop internal processes and regulations: Design and implement internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant HR regulations.
Labor union procedures: Assist in the establishment and operation of labor unions within the organization, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and procedures.
Employee Relations:
Provide customer service to employees: Answer questions and address concerns related to payroll, benefits, and other HR matters.
Compliance:
Maintain HR compliance: Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations and ensure the organization's compliance to avoid legal ramifications.
Additional Responsibilities:
May be assigned other relevant duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in accounting, human resources, or a similar field.
At least 2 years experience as a payroll officer.
Advanced Mathematical skills and strong attention to detail.
Familiarity with accounting software and procedures.
Ability to handle confidential information.
Familiarity with state labor laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prepare and present financial reports.
Speaking and writing English is a must.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Verify supplier invoices and supporting documents for compliance with tax regulations and company policies.
Review customer invoices for accuracy before issuance.
Manage accounts receivable, including client follow-up and cash collection.
Process expense claims, secure approvals, and execute online payments.
Liaise with external auditors and outsourced accounting partners.
Review supplier contracts and coordinate with internal departments on accounting operations.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Finance Director.
REQUIREMENTS
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance.
At least 02 years of relevant experience - Fluent Reading and Writing in English.
Experienced in using MISA AMIS accounting systems is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Required to have exceptional attention to detail, good analytical skills, and a good communicator.
Careful and honest, mind set of customer service, well-support to other departments.
