Key Responsibilities
In charge of CS process: On-boarding and On-service for client
On-boarding: Serve as the primary contact for the onboarding of new customers and implement onboarding checklists
On-service:
Build the customer success plan for each client after the onboarding process
Gauge customers' levels of engagement with the company and provide feedback to the other teams regarding product and service improvements
Master in using EMVN Music Library and actively create playlists for clients based on their usages or create the playlists upon the demand
Represent the voice of the customer to provide input into every core product, marketing, and sales process
Handle the issue related to Youtube, Facebook, and Copyright during the service of the client
Collaborate closely with team members to support renewals and expansion opportunities
Keep updated on the policy of Youtube, Facebook, and Copyright to consult the client
Requirements
Excellence in Vietnamese & English.
Fresh graduate or 4th year student.
Ability to work full-time

Key Responsibilities
Operate YouTube ContentID system (music assets + other issues: conflicts, overlaps, disputes)
Distribute and manage music on digital platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon,...)
Support clients' requests about music copyright on Youtube ContentID + other digital platforms (via email, FB fanpage).
Manage database for monitoring and operating system effectively
Support handle inbound qualified leads, onboarding & support artists/ music labels.
Support freelancer management for the ContentID and Digital Distribution teams.
Assist the IT team to develop EMVN CMS website (Content Management System): update or create new features to deliver new content, manage content on the system.
