JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist in the development of business strategies by using data and statistical analysis to identify potential host companies (HCs)
Provide support in researching and identifying trends and market opportunities.
Assist in email campaign (editing, proofreading, preparing lists, deduping contact details), webinars, seminars.
Ad-hoc tasks, data and information management.
Work on partnerships with host companies.
Other related tasks assigned based on intern's capabilities, and preference.
Liaise with other CRCC Asia departments to assist with tasks as needed, sometimes during weekends.
Potentially participate in CRCC Buddy Program - Connecting with International Interns in HCMC.
Schedule: Full-time, 9:30 to 18:30 Monday to Friday
REQUIREMENTS
Someone with a growth mindset, willing to receive and give feedback
Tech-savvy and experience with word processing and email programs; good project management skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills when working on multiple tasks with tight deadlines
Effective communication and active listening skills
Creative approach to problem-solving
Self-motivated and independent, able to take initiative on starting tasks and take ownership of assigned projects
Japanese or Korean language skills would be an advantage (At least N3 for Japanese, Korean: At least TOPIK 4)

Conduct Post Internship Alumni Calls using CRCC Asia Skype account.
Send follow up email correspondence to Alumni after call.
Conduct and organize visa requirement research for a number of nationalities. Including but not limited to general internet searches and direct communication with visa agencies.
Conduct research on entry requirements for Vietnam, South Korea, and Japan.
Conduct research and provide feedback on CRCC Asia competitors.
Review CRCC Asia CareerBridge and provide feedback.
Monitor website B2C chatbox and respond to customers.
Liaise with other CRCC Asia departments to assist with tasks as needed.
Participate in CRCC Buddy Program - Connecting with International Interns in HCMC.
Schedule: Full-time, 9:30 to 18:00 Monday to Friday (must be prepared to accept that there are regular occasions when a task is required to be performed outside of normal working hours)
REQUIREMENTS
Fluent written and spoken English.
Previous travel and/or study abroad experience or a Customer Service Position, preferred but not essential.
You have excellent telephone manners and you'll be comfortable speaking in English on the phone with program alumni.
You have strong organizational and time management skills.

Preparing marketing proposals and presentations to present to Host companies and University partners based on the company needs
Monitoring and managing CRCC Asia's social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube) and adjusting outreach tactics as needed
Create format for mass email marketing campaigns for B2B and B2C usage such as: informative email, call for partnerships, call for applications, etc.
Developing sources for collecting data from customers such as surveys, opinion polls or questionnaires.
Collecting and analyzing data to identify consumer trends.
Assisting with designing some marketing materials to be presented via our website and collateral B2C platforms
Occasionally provide on-site support to the program team with program activities (buddy system, cultural events, etc.)

REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge of marketing concepts, with an education background in Digital Marketing is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Knowledge of Korean or Japanese is a plus but not required.
Proficiency with MS Office and some basic Designing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Premier, Illustrator, etc.)
Aptitude with various social media platforms as well as the data tracking tools associated with them.
Be coachable and willing to learn and develop.

Review and refine existing onboarding process, including conducting standard orientation for new employees by explaining company policies
Responsible for managing office administration e.g. liaising with landlord, meeting room bookings and making sure all office equipment is well looked after.
Manage the team-building budget and organise social/team events

Outreach to universities and students clubs/organizations to recruit buddies for our international interns in all program locations: HCMC, Seoul, Tokyo, Osaka.
Build a scalable and sustainable buddy program across all locations
In charge of buddy recruitment, training, work arrangement & management
Assign buddies to interns, do weekly catch-up with buddies, prepare reports
Coordinate with our Program Management & Operations Team to plan & execute the Summer buddy program and support with other activities of the internship program.
Potentially involved in other collaboration with universities & students-based organizations across all program locations.
Liaise with other CRCC Asia departments to assist with tasks as needed.
Support Operations Manager in other ad hoc projects.

REQUIREMENTS
Preferred: Student in their final year, but not compulsory.
Strong written and spoken English. Knowledge of Korean or Japanese is a plus.

Strong leadership skill, proactive in making things happen and take ownerships for your assigned projects
Tech-savvy, adept at using digital platforms & tools (CRM, project management tool, Canva etc)
Strong communication & negotiation skills. Experiences with training/coaching & managing a team is an advantage
