The team you will be part of
Our Merchandising & Creative Team brings brands and products to life through compelling visuals and on-brand storytelling. From graphic design and content creation to product presentation and campaign assets, the team crafts experiences that captivate and convert. With a keen eye for aesthetics and a strong understanding of digital commerce, we transform ideas into visuals that drive engagement, elevate brands, and enhance the online shopping journey.
As a Ecommerce Store Operation Intern, you will gain experience in:
Store Operation: 70%
Set up and update online stores, including banners, product listings, categories, and campaign pages
Upload and maintain product information, and promotions content
Onsite visuals and content arrangement for campaigns and commercial activities
Monitor store performance and check for content or setup issues
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaigns go live on time
Support daily operations and marketplace activities
Ensure all store touchpoints are updated and aligned with brand guidelines

Requirements
What we are looking for - the ideal profile
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in the e-commerce industry
Experience or understanding of design fields is a plus (e.g., layout, composition, color direction)
Basic tools for campaign management (e.g. Google Suite, Asana)
Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities effectively
Flexible, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset, comfortable working in a dynamic start-up environment
