Accounting Assistant
Job Description
This position will support the General Accountant in all accounting activities of both financial and management accounting.
Accounting
Responsible for day to day accounting operations;
Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts;
Maintain internal control, effective accounting system, procedures and policies;
Deliver timely, accurate and quality financial reporting and information to all stakeholders as assigned;
Ensure compliance with all local and corporate statutory laws, rules and regulations;
Other relevant duties as required by Chief Accountant and General Accountant
HR payroll and compliance
In close collaboration with General Accountant, the Accounting Assistant will support to check the timesheet, deliver full HR payroll and compliance services regarding compensation and benefits;
Work with Vietnam authorities in all labor matters and statutory reports: compulsory insurance (social, health and unemployment), labor reports...
Desired Skills and Experience
Having bachelor degree in accounting, finance or relevant major
Intermediate English in speaking and writing
Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel,...)
Possess the honesty, integrity and confidentiality commitment
