BeLuxCham is the official platform connecting Belgian and Luxembourg businesses with the Vietnamese market. We are looking for a motivated Vietnamese university student to join our team and gain direct, hands-on experience in an international business environment, working alongside the Chamber's leadership and an established network of European and Vietnamese companies.
You will contribute to real Chamber activities, build a professional network early, and develop concrete skills in communications, event management, and business administration that carry weight on a CV.

Sit in on meetings with the Chamber's Board and observe how a business organisation is run at the senior level

Period & arrangement
Duration: 29 June 2026 - 2 November 2026 (Intern can choose one day off a week - except for Monday and Tuesday)
3rd or 4th-year university students
Full days onsite at the BeLuxCham office (District 1, HCMC) every Monday and Tuesday
Remaining days hybrid, except on event days which require onsite presence
Allowance: 1,500,000 VND/ month
Responsibilities
1. Marketing & Communications (50%)
Manage and support BeLuxCham's communications channels, including social media
Prepare and distribute the monthly newsletter via Mailchimp
Update content on the BeLuxCham website
Design promotional materials and event posters
Coordinate the "Get to Know Our Members" initiative and member engagement activities
2. Events Coordination (35%)
Support preparation and logistics for Chamber events and networking activities
Assist with coordination before, during, and after events
Liaise with suppliers, venues, and participants as needed
3. Administration Support (15%)
Assist with administrative paperwork related to Chamber membership, in line with BeLuxCham statutes
Coordinate the collection of signatures from the Chairman for official documents
Provide general administrative support to the team as required
Profile we are looking for
Strong written and spoken English
Interest in international business, communications, or event management
Organised and reliable
Familiarity with social media tools and basic design software (Canva)
