In Three Months
In this role, your goals will be:
Gained good knowledge of media financial tools with the ability to apply the "know-how" across different client/campaign requirements.
Managed market report coordination with guidance from peers or supervisors to ensure consistency and accuracy of the information in reports.
Developed PowerPoint adspend charts and excel media schedules for clients with guidance from peers or the planning team.
In Six Months
Achieved 100% proficiency with media billing and accuracy with the financial admin.
Able to manage market report coordination with minimal guidance/supervision, and pre-empt any inaccuracy/inconsistency of data.
Highly proficient in developing PowerPoint adspend charts and excel media schedules with minimal guidance/supervision.
In 12 Months
Able to independently handle all media execution, market reporting, financial admin with accuracy.
Proactively propose solutions to improve systems and processes to drive greater efficiency for Ops.
Responsibilities Of The Role
Client Campaign Spend Tracking and Reconciliation.
Media spend reconciliation across biddable media platforms and prepare final actualised media schedules.
Create Insertion Order from approved media plan and send to Campaign Delivery Team & Buying team
Prepare Post-Campaign proof of delivery (POD) Documents - brief and follow up with media owners to provide these materials. Check materials received and match with media schedule line items.
Ensure proper tracking and matching of media schedules, post-campaign POD documents and PO. Work with clients to address their queries.
Work with buyer and finance team to ensure timely and accurate input of client spends in required billing systems.
Maintain team budget tracker to monitor status of planned vs actual spend across accounts.
Work closely with GroupM finance to resolve unbilled and other financial matters.
Regional Reports And Other Ad-Hoc Requests.
Work with Regional team on the necessary reports/templates to be delivered, such as updates on media spend, campaign activities, performance reports etc.
Support team on ad-hoc requests as and when required (eg. competitive tracking, media landscape information coordination, traditional media R&F runs)
What You'll Need
This is an administrative role and will suit individuals who has fundamental media knowledge and has worked in a media agency as buyer or traditional media planning support.
You are a meticulous and organized integrator who is able to prioritise and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
Ability to understand English (read and speak).
Able to run Excel/ media report as you will be required to support the team data reporting, etc.
A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills is an important prerequisite, as you will be working with multiple external parties and internal stakeholders. Your eagerness to build good rapport and cultivate "trusted advisor" relationship will be an important attribute.
