Job Purpose:
Support the
Business Development team on system and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare daily sales report for CLM
Update raw CLM data into monthly HEC & CG on shared folder
Prepare monthly MT Edge report for CLM
Consolidate monthly the competitor report and translate to English
Collect TAF of CD team and raise PO for car rental monthly
Prepare team travelling bookings (car rental/air ticket/hotel) on monthly/weekly basis
Book meeting rooms as and when needed
Send Raw data to RM's as requested
Prepare travel (hotel/air ticket) claims for BDD/RMs monthly
Key Qualifications:
Degree in Business Administration/ Marketing or related
Competent in MS Office (Excel, Words, etc)
Able to work independently and cross functionally
Able to work on full time basis on a 6-month internship duration
