Team And Role Introduction
LazLive Team is responsible for growing Lazada Livestream activities & sales performance, via building, operating, monitoring & implementing LazLive operations & initiatives
Responsibilities:
Develop and lead livestream initiatives, ensuring alignment with commercial sales goals
Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, Traffic, and Operations teams to increase livestream visibility and drive traffic to key sessions and livestream channel
Oversee seamless operation of key livestream sessions with planning and coordination to optimize performance and deliver successful outcomes
Manage the budget for livestream activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics including viewership, engagement, conversion rates, and sales generated from livestreams and continuously optimize the efficiency
Partner with tech and product teams to continually optimize livestreaming technology, enhancing the user experience and ensuring audience engagement
Identify trends and opportunities in livestreaming to maintain a competitive edge
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices to enhance the livestream activities
Job Requirements
Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Experienced in livestream operation or e-commerce
Knowledge and understanding of e-commerce and the livestreaming landscape
Experience in managing budgets and optimizing campaigns for ROI
Strong problem-solving skill and collaboration with a track record of working cross-functional teams
Analytical skills with a focus on performance tracking
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, execution-oriented and challenging work environment
Fluent in English and proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
