What will you be doing?
As a Client Success Intern you will work closely with the Client Success Managers and support them with managing the portfolio of clients. You will have the opportunity to work alongside the CSMs on a variety of projects and tasks including, but not limited to:
Delivering a great launch experience and full onboarding,
Training end-users and ambassadors to ensure full adoption and turn them into power users,
Ensuring growth adoption and usage by showcasing our continuously innovating feature set,
Performing post-launch feature evaluation,
Building out detailed communications for each of our clients after identifying the right needs and opportunities,
Creating internal success stories to make users, champions and decision makers shine,
Collaborating with the Marketing team to build case studies and quantitative value analysis.
Tasks that you might be asked to take independently:
Send welcome e-mails to new users,
Support users with general inquiries (connection issues, usage of platform clarifications),
Prepare user communication based on our templates (newsletters, MS Teams and Workplace updates),
Be up to date with users' posts to facilitate the selection of best posts or posts that need to be reworked across all platforms,
Work with clients' data to follow the quarterly and annual KPIs,
Improve the community management by leaving comments on all platforms based on different objectives,
Pre-populate platforms with clients' content and best practices,
Help the Marketing to brainstorm on a variety of social media posts AND with the creation of use cases.
You are the perfect candidate if 📌
You are organized and energetic,
You have a proactive, hands-on, can-do attitude,
You have an interest in technology AND/OR aptitude for technology,
Your English level is advance
You are friendly, approachable and highly comfortable in customer-facing environments,
No demonstrable work experience needed but the curiosity to learn new things is a must.
