Key Responsibilities
Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to produce highquality content in various formats, including blog posts, case studies, social media activities and email newsletter campaigns. Your creativity and writing skills will be essential in delivering compelling content that engages our B2B audience.
Content Research: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of the monthly and quarterly content calendar, ensuring a consistent flow of content that aligns with our marketing objectives and the needs of our clients.
Content Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit content for clarity, grammar, and consistency with brand voice.
SEO Optimization: Utilize best practices to optimize content for search engines, ensuring our content reaches a wider audience. You'll mostly work on keyword research and on-page SEO, using our keywords research tool to improve our content's visibility.
Email Marketing: Assist in creating and executing email marketing campaigns, including writing copy and tracking campaign success.
Social Media Activities: Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies. This may include scheduling posts and seeding on different groups to reach our intended audience effectively. Engage with the audience through comments, messages, and feedback on our social media platform, and report insights to the team.
Webinar Support: Assist with the planning, promotion, and execution of monthly webinars focused on IT topics, including coordinating content, logistics and engaging with participants.
Video Projects Support (Preferred): Provide assistance with video projects, including script preparation and coordinating with other team members during the recording of expert interviews or leadership thought series. While highly preferred, this is not a mandatory requirement.
Team Collaboration: Attend regular meetings and work closely with the designer and other team members to align content with the overall marketing strategy

Key Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferably in your second or third year of study)
Strong English & Vietnamese written, and verbal communication skills is a must (IELTS from 6.5)
Creative mindset and a passion for content creation.
Willingness to learn and quickly adapt to new technologies, including AI tools (ChatGPT, Bing, Video/Image AI Tools.)
Basic Design Skill, using Canva, Photoshop and other online platforms for content generation. Image/Video editor skill is preferable
Enthusiastic about working in a diverse and dynamic team environment.
