Mô tả công việc
Responsibility 1: Manage Online Operations process at stores
- Control the quality of Online store operations, including but not limited as order processing, picking, packing, internal and external delivery, customer consulting, and problem-solving.
- Analyze the performance of online store operations (e.g., OTD, FFR, SLA, successful orders, picked and packed SKUs, delivery distance).
- Communicate with relevant departments to improve online operations, enhance personnel productivity, create effective layouts, and increase order fulfillment efficiency.
- Develop SOPs, instructions, guidelines, and standards. Organize and conduct training sessions (both in-person and online), supervise, evaluate, and ensure compliance at the Online store level.
- Manage third party services quality (commitment, issues).
- Propose continuous improvement for the Back-end in order to support store team.
- Visit stores for routine checks and staff training.
Responsibility 2: Plan and deploy new services
- Implement new functions, competitive services, make action plans and analysis as well as monitor progress.
- Negotiate with stakeholders, providers for development.
- Coordinate with various teams to analyze requirements and plan each project.
- Implement reports and improvement plans for operation process.
- Other tasks assigned by Manager, HOD.

Yêu cầu
Qualifications (Essential): College/University Diploma or any degrees equivalent to those above.
Major: E-commerce, Supply Chain & Logistics, Business administration, or equivalent
Knowledge
- Understand e-commerce or logistics industry.
- Understand operation and customer service in general.
- Have good knowledge of planning or project management.
- Experience in warehouse management, fulfillment center management is advantage.
Necessary skills
- Strong analytical, planning and problem solving skills
- Time commitment
- Have carefulness, patience, willing to learn attitude
- Good communication and emotion control skills
- Able to work well under high pressure.
- Have good general MS Office skill.
Other special request
- Ready to work overtime (less) and business travel
- English communication is preferable.
