Online Operations Manager (Research & Panel cum IT)

Ideal candidate has 5 plus years of online research experience and proactively develops innovations solves problems to develop the best online research outcomes and wants to make a real difference to our clients and be at the forefront to 21st century Market research.
The purpose of the role:
The Online Operations Manager exists to keep IFM's research delivery running smoothly on time and to a high standard by coordinating across the three operational functions - Research & Panel Operations, Panel Commercial & Marketing, and Systems & IT. The role is the day-to-day operational point of escalation for the function leads and the Managing Director, ensuring projects move seamlessly from setup through fieldwork to delivery. Beyond keeping delivery on track, the role is expected to drive operational innovation - including the practical adoption of AI and technology - to continuously improve quality, efficiency and the value IFM delivers to its clients.
Job Information:
1. Team Leadership and Cross functional Communications
• Manage, develop, retain the operations team (managers, executives, part-timers, interns) of 9-15 staff
• Coordinate processes and communication across departments to keep delivery smooth and transparent.
• Report on operational performance, cost and delivery to the Managing Director
2. Operational coordination and Innovations
• Coordinate processes and communication across the three operational functions (Research & Panel Ops, Panel Commercial & Marketing, Systems & IT) to keep delivery smooth and transparent.
• Act as the technical/operational point of escalation for the function leads and the MD.
• Drive operational innovation, including practical adoption of AI in research and operational workflows.
• Drive IT / AI innovations to maximize research data collection
• Own development and maintenance survey applications
3. Other Tasks
• Support additional operations tasks within the Operations team as required.
