The Operations Associate supports the day-to-day operations of STEAM for Vietnam, ensuring that organizational activities run smoothly and efficiently. This role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating projects, and assisting with the implementation of strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Operational Support:
Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of daily operational activities to ensure smooth functioning across the organization.
Coordinate with various teams to ensure that all operational processes are aligned with organizational goals and timelines.
Manage and update organizational documentation, including process workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and project plans.
Project Coordination:
Support in coordinating and tracking the progress of key projects and initiatives.
Maintain project schedules, track deliverables, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Communicate with team members to provide updates, gather information, and resolve any issues that arise during project execution.
Administrative Tasks:
Handle administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing events.
Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials needed for internal and external communication.
Manage correspondence and maintain records of important organizational documents and communications.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Relevant experience or coursework in operations or project management is a plus.
Experience: 0-3 years of experience in operations, administration, or a related role.
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a non-profit, start-up, or educational organization.
Familiarity with the STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) education sector.
