Operation Director (F&b Chain)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operation Director to oversee the successful operation and management of our food and beverage retail establishments. Reporting to the CEO, the winning candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximise sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and maintain operational efficiency & develop new retail locations.

Our client is a F&B business with more than 40 outlets across the country. They are looking for a candidate who possesses leadership abilities, exceptional organizational skills, and in-depth knowledge of the food and beverage industry that will contribute to the overall success of the retail operations.
Profile
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
* Proven experience (8+ years) in F&B retail operations, including 40+ multi-outlet management and P&L responsibilities.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve operational excellence.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
* Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
* Extensive knowledge of F&B industry trends, market dynamics, and customer preferences.
* Solid understanding of financial management principles, budgeting, and cost control.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
* Proficient in using relevant software and technology platforms for inventory management, data analysis, and reporting.
* Proven ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
