RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Lead Store Operations Excellence
- Inventory management
o Meet accuracy and shrink goals across stores
o Management, facilitate and ensure completion of all inventories and cycle counts in accordance with company guidelines. Complete monthly audits
o Process necessary action to ensure inventory accuracy
o Manage store damages in a timeline manner
- Loss prevention
o Control all areas of risk management, physical security, store cash controls, inter-store communication and loss prevention audits
o Liaison with security company for scheduling, training and management of guards
- Store SOP and Compliance
o Lead store operation policy and process to ensure smooth and efficient operations
o Audit SOP execution compliance across stores and provide necessary training to Retail team to ensure high compliance following company standards
- Store facility and Maintenance
o Manage and maintain the store facility, inclusive of all cleaning, repair and replacement of damaged fixtures, furniture or other related items to facility
o Oversee maintenance on all lighting and electrical system as required
o Ensure clean and neat organization of all back of house areas, stock rooms, maintenance rooms, alternations, rest rooms and hold areas in accordance with company standards
- Equipment and Store supply management
o Manage and maintain all store equipment inclusive of office equipment, computers, phones, registers, alternations, music, POS tickets etc..
o Ensure proper order on packaging material, stationary, CRM materials etc..
o Maintain depth and accurate records of repair in partnership with After Sales service team
2. Logistic and Warehouse management
- Manage all logistic operations of the company from importations/ re-exportations, inbound/ outbound processes and 3PL management to facilitate multiple operation models (brand boutiques, omni-channels and e-commerce operations)
- Manage 3PL warehouses agency to deliver the best quality of warehouse operations
- Provide necessary guidance and training for 3PL agency to meet the high quality standards of inventory storage and delivery.
- Lead all Logistic and Warehousing SOP to support prompt deliveries to all store locations to support sales
- Perform inventory audit at warehouse as per company policy
3. New Project Management
- Lead all new project development including new store opening to hand over to Retail to operate on the timely and cost-effective manner
- Closely collaborate with master contractor in managing all CAPEX-related projects to ensure luxury standards of execution as per brand compliance
4. Operations cost ownership
- Manage operations expense within approved budget
- Constantly review operational expenses and find solutions for cost saving without compromising high quality standards of luxury operations
5. Cross-functional collaboration
- Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a seamless operational excellence
- Closely partner with Group Brand Directors to define strategy and plan to elevate operational excellence in the stores thereby providing seamless customer experiences
- Champion key operation projects that require strong collaborations with cross-functional teams
6. Operations Team development
- Set Operations Department objectives, key performance matrix to support business objectives
- Provide learning and development opportunities, performance management for team members
- Build a highly efficient Operations team with strong collaborative spirits with cross-functional teams
