1. Overall purpose
• Response for overseeing and improving business with dealers/ partners
• Understand Yamaha Music School Business and communicate well with partners
• Support dealers/ partners through day-to-day monitoring and provide necessary trainings.
• Review and monitor dealers' performance, and support them to reach sale target
• Collaborate with sale/ marketing teams to execute enrollment plan/ promotions
2. Key responsibilities and duties
OPERATION (80%):
• Daily monitoring and communicating with dealers/ partners to enhance and improve business performance
• Tracking/ Monitoring customer's requirement/ leads and process accordingly
• Provide necessary trainings to new partners
• Execute company marketing activities and promotion campaigns
• Tracking performance and making monthly enrollment report/ forecast
• Monitor inventory (textbooks), teacher headcounts; arranging audition, academic training
• Other tasks assigned by line manager
MARKETING (20%):
• Collaborate with Marketing team to brainstorm promotion initiatives and implement progress
• Support in seeking for agency, vendor
• Coordinate and support team's activities/ events
Yêu cầu
• At least 2 years working experience in business administration/ management, operation
• At least bachelor's degree in Communication, Business/ Administration, Management
• English Proficiency in both writing and speaking
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Real time problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Clear communication and coordination skills
• Data handling and reporting capability
• Basic understanding of business processes
• Able to work independently or in a team, and proactive
• Good relationship building
• Customer-focused with effective customer-handling skills
• Self - motivated, dedicated and integrity
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Presentation & Organizational skills
