Work directly with agents, customers, shipping lines, and partners to follow up on import and export shipments.
Receive SOP from the OP manager, booking confirmation from CS, and send shipment timeline to clients.
Input data into the system, issue A/N, invoices, D/O, declare manifests, and make payments to shipping lines and partners.
Complete SI, manifest submission, and issue BL to customers.
Send pre-alert to agents.
Resolve all problems related to operational jobs.
Complete the import-export billing process and prepare payment plans.
Follow the timeline requested by Accountant.
Ensure agents follow SOP.
Follow up on shipments until delivery is made and empty is returned.
Report volume to the Manager weekly.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
Yêu cầu
College degree or above, preferably in logistics or international trade.
Proficient in English, additional languages like Chinese or Japanese are encouraged.
At least 1 year of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, and import/export.
Experience in customer service is an advantage.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented spirit.
