Operation Financial Planning and Analysis Manager (Glomed Plant - Binh Duong)

MAIN PURPOSE:
Manage Finance operation & Controlling for Operation Site to comply with Abbott policy & continuous improvement strategy.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Member of Site Leadership Team and partnership with Operation team to build long term plan for Site, including continuous improvement and investment.
2. Lead Financial forecast cycle (LBE) including: Standard Costing process, OPEX, CAPEX, Inventory, Cash Flow, Saving Projects to meet company targets.
3. Ensure month-end closing data are in-line with spending (accrual, cross charge) and Operational P&L. Submit actual reports on-time to regional team. Reconcile & review all operation actual results with Site Directors/ Budget Owners and define actions needed to deliver target, high forecast accuracy vs LBE.
4. Lead financial analysis to propose action plan for to Site/Area Director to improve Site performance (benchmarking, continuous improvement, etc.). Support Site Business Excellent (BEX) for saving projects calculation, status update in system to ensure real savings are reflected in P&L.
5. Provide proper check, guidance, approval for Purchase - Payment and other operational activities as per Approval Matrix to ensure do-the-right thing culture, cost controlling and document compliance with internal (company policy) and external request (Tax).
6. Lead key operational controlling process by defining risks and process improvement to meet Abbott's Policies and Value.
7. Support with data, document & explanation whenever Site have Internal Company Audit.
8. Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Set and monitor targets for individual in the team to ensure high performance management.
• Provide guidance, coach, motivate to team members to deliver business and personal growth target. Maintain succession plan and address future staffing issues in a proactive manner.
• Ensure team activities to comply with Company Business Code of Conduct and all local applicable laws within scope of function responsibility.
