ROLE OVERVIEW
As an Expert Matching Intern, you'll actively searching, engaging and recruiting suitable experts to join client's projects. The job requires strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to use different tools to find experts. The main goal is to provide valuable insights to clients through the use of expert interviews and research.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Research & Analysis: Carry out global research across industries and markets through client briefings and initial research to obtain project understanding and solutions for clients' needs.
Expert Sourcing: Identify Experts for clients by leveraging Arches' existing network and fresh onboarding using multiple platforms.
Expert Engagement & Assessment: Conduct direct communication with Experts to screen and build assessments for expert relevancy.
Expert Delivery: Facilitate insight-collecting interactions between clients and experts.
QUALIFICATIONS
Final year students, about to graduate University with background in business / economic, international relation, marketing.
Able to intern for full-time 4-6 months.
Advanced English language skills. Can speak another language such Chinese, Japanese is great advantages.
Nationalities: Thailand/Vietnam/Indonesia/Singapore.

Monthly allowance: 400$/month and bonus based on performance from the 3rd month.
Opportunity to promote to full-time employee when the internship ended.
Working location: During the first month of internship, new members are expected to work at the head office in Ho Chi Minh City, after 2 months will be hybrid between your home country and Vietnam.
