Mô tả công việc

1. Responsibilities:
- Knowledge and experience in business management, marketing, customer care, and analyzing the market to come up with a suitable business plan.
- Knowledge and experience in the field of lubricants and chemical supply business. Has a wide relationship in the chemical and lubricant industry to get the most timely and fastest price information.
- Make business plans and marketing plans.
- Build good relationships with customers, banks, and suppliers.
- Ability to assess potential and develop new business.
- Plan to import goods in accordance with financial conditions to ensure that there are always enough stock to supply the market with the best price.
- Make daily report and monthly report to the CEO.

Yêu cầu

2. Requirements:
- At least 2 years' experience in operation management or similar position (prefer female).
- Require candidates with experience in THE CHEMICAL AND LUBRICANT INDUSTRY.
- Effective relationship management (with internal staff and external customers).
- Proven previous experience in team management is advantageous.
- Collaborative, focused on delivery with ability to coach to achieve results but robust and challenging where needed.
- Strategic planning experience.
- Excellent communication skill - spoken and written English.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Detailed oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
