Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an Operation Manager (Medical Center, $1200, ID20021):
1. Clinic Operations (40%)
Direct daily operations to maximize productivity and service quality.
Implement process improvements to enhance the patient experience.
Manage corporate health check-up programs and facility maintenance.
Ensure full compliance with healthcare laws and standards.
2. Human Resource Management
Optimize workforce planning and lead recruitment for the operations team.
Coach and develop staff through performance evaluations and training.
Align manpower with booking volumes and business demands.
3. Strategic Leadership
Advise the Board of Directors (BOD) on operational strategies and standardization.
Lead change management initiatives and key projects.
Represent the clinic to government authorities and external stakeholders.
Foster a high-performance, customer-centric culture.
Yêu cầu
Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 6-8 years in healthcare operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Skills: Proven track record in clinic/hospital management.
Expertise in process optimization and problem-solving.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
Language: Proficiency in English and/or Japanese
