Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Operation Manager ($3000, ID14400)
Plan, direct, monitor and control all manufacturing operations in the plant to maximize the use of organization resources and meet established production specifications
Manage and coordinate overall activities of production, machinery, processing, quality control and maintenance
Establish and enforce operating policies and standard procedures
Analyze production, maintenance and malfunction records to identify problems and recommend practical solutions that will improve overall performance
Plan, prioritize and manage production line maintenance or downtimes to minimize disruptions to manufacturing schedules
Lead, direct and develop the operations team to ensure achievement of established targets and standards
Requirement
Gender: Male, Age: 35 - 45 years old
Bachelor's Degree or above in Operations Management, Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering
At least 8 years of relevant experience in operations management
Good at English
