Mô tả công việc
As a (Regional) Operation Manager, you will overall management and supervision of all operations activities, manage stakeholders/partners to achieve the delivery KPI's. Detail:
▪ Define and improve operational performance efficiency through the setup or redesign of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
▪ Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery of products.
▪ Managing everything related to the last-mile delivery cycle including 3pls.
▪ Cooperating with IT & System department to maintain, repair, and deliver management software. Adapt and master in warehouse and logistics management system.
▪ Co-operating with other team as Dept. Sales, Marketing...to drive ship in and ship out goods smoothly, and solve problems, as well.
▪ Support cross-functional, cross-regional operation teams

Yêu cầu công việc
▪ Strong experience in supply chain management and fulfillment operations, with a focus on 3PL partnerships.
▪ Understanding of logistics management systems preferred.
▪ Experience working with external partners and suppliers.
▪ Process-oriented, well-organized with a high level of attention to detail
▪ Data oriented with strong analytical and conceptual skills
▪ Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities.
▪ High sense of responsibility, ability to work in fast - moving industry.
▪ Understanding of logistics management systems preferred.
▪ Experience working with external partners and suppliers.
