Operation Merchandiser/ Nhân Viên Theo Dõi Đơn Hàng - Tam Kỳ, Quảng NamCÔNG TY TNHH FASHION GARMENTS

- Receive Purchase Orders (PO) creation confirmation from data team, check and post PO, then send PO to suppliers.
- Coordinate with development merchandisers and obtain greige commitment. Book greige according to the commitment with the suppliers. Communicate/ get relevant information to keep all parties updated in timely manner.
- Follow up on lab dip and strike off's approval status with the development team/ Supplier, 1st Bulk/ Dye lot approval, update on the pre-production sample, and all related documents with internal/ external parties in a timely and organised manner to achieve the On Time Tracking (OTT).
- Receive, check & confirm master cutting plan from cutting to ensure fabric utilization at maximum level.
- Confirm On time tracking (OTT) dates to planning and merchandising teams. Update planning and merchandising teams on the raw material delivery status on a weekly basis.
- Conduct weekly progress meetings with suppliers to ensure material deliveries is achieved. Liaise with suppliers and obtain Delivery Ex -Factory dates and follow up on cargo booking with forwarders.
- Prepare documents for payment, obtain approvals and forward to finance team for settlement. Forward shipping documents to commercial departments and ensure cargo is cleared on time. Follow up on receiving Proforma Invoice (PI) and delivery confirmation from suppliers.
- Allocate fabric quantity per style/ sale order, and send to An Binh Warehouse for making GRN when fabric in-house. Work with supplier to settle fabric shortage quantity/ fabric color/ quality issues when getting information from An Binh Warehouse.
- Check, optimize utilization of left over raw material. Check bulk trim card after receiving from Operation Merchandising team.
- Identify areas of risk and/or challenges within assigned work activity and escalate to the immediate supervisor in a timely manner.
- Solve issues related to raw material in production process on time by checking mails and respond within 24 hours.
