Mô tả công việc

1. In charge daily operations of both Japanese and Global customers, including agent transactions with overseas branches (Tokyo, Singapore, ...) and Hanoi Branch.
2. Control maturity date of credit transactions (proper loan & trade loan), (including to check customer's cash-flows / account balance for repayment), maturity date of fixed deposit.
3. Contact with customer to receive customer's application for credit, fixed deposit. For new credit transactions, doing required checking on supporting docs under local regulations & internal rules.
4. In charge booking into relevant systems for credit & deposit transactions
5. Handle account documentation & agreements (including new on-boarding, change, revision, termination). Co-operate with operation departments, Deposit Department, KYC team, Compliance & Legal to get advice on customer's documents / agreement and provide appropriate replies to customers and/or Relationship Managers.
6. Support Relationship Managers to establish and enhance relationship with existing and potential customers.
7. Handle KYC tasks
8. Update system changes relating to daily operations.

Yêu cầu

- At least 1 years-experience in banking industry. Having understood in SBV regulations, banking products preferable.
- Competent to work on operational support.
- Accuracy and logical thinking. Good time management.
- Team working spirit, cooperative and proactive.
- Multi-tasking, solution-oriented, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.
- Good communication and negotiation skill in both English and Vietnamese to work with wide-range of personalities.
