Oversee end-to-end freight forwarding activities for both imports and exports.
Manage and lead the forwarding operations team to ensure timely and accurate cargo movement.
Monitor and ensure correct customs declaration using VNACCS/VCIS and ECUS5/VNACCS platforms.
Develop and improve SOPs and logistics processes for greater efficiency and cost savings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs authorities.
Ensure all shipments comply with Vietnamese and international regulations.
Analyze freight costs, delivery times, and vendor performance for reporting to senior management.

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree of College/ University graduate preferred with Logistics, International Trade, or related disciplines, foreign trade, economics, majoring in international trading and transportation.
Minimum 5 years of experience in freight forwarding/logistics, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Good business relationships with suppliers, especially with shipping lines.
Advanced knowledge of VNACCS/VCIS and ECUS5/VNACCS is a plus.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Deep understanding of Incoterms, customs regulations, and international shipping documentation.
Fluent in English (spoken and written) and Chinese is a plus.
Well versed in Microsoft Office Applications.
