Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Strong English reading and writing skills, with a focus on spelling and grammar accuracy.
Knowledge of POS systems is an advantage.
Previous experience in customer service is essential.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and as part of a team.
A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Experience with CRM systems is preferred.
Special Requirements (Available to work: 9pm - 6am vietnam time)
