Provide strategic leadership and oversight of Operational Technology systems, ensuring they are safe, reliable, and aligned with business goals. This includes managing OT assets and risks, driving performance improvements, enforcing compliance and safety standards, developing team capabilities, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to support production, maintenance, and digital transformation initiatives.
1. People Management:
• Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and expectations.
• Lead and coach the OT team to ensure performance, development, and compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Resolve issues escalated by the OT team and support team alignment with KPIs and strategic goals.
2. Process Management:
• Performs Gemba walks and Process Confirmation on daily basis.
• Supports process of RCA & BDA creation and governance.
• Manage the Performance Management System (PMS), ensuring meetings, reporting, and processes follow group standards.
• Responsible for ensuring OT standards related to the area are complied with COM through SOP and other standards development.
• Responsible for upholding the H&S requirements & local rules of the site (Live Saving Rules & PPE Requirements).
3. Performance Management:
• Adheres to area financial budget/targets (as agreed with the department manager).
• Supports Operation Excellence development in the area of responsibility.
• Responsible for the OT managed areas & upholding standards.
• Supports area improvement projects.
• Responsible for supporting the site KPI targets.
4. Functional Specific Management:
• Lead Asset & Risk Management.
• Oversee Operations Management.
• Manage Backup & Recovery.
• Implement Security Management.
• Control Access Management.
• Administer Network Management.
• Lead Change Management.
• Maintain Documentation Standards.
• Clarify Roles & Responsibilities.

• Align Strategy & COM Awareness.
Education: Bachelor/Engineering Degree in Electrical / Automation, Process Engineering,
Software Engineering, or relevant areas.
Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a strong focus on OT, automation, and/or networking.
• Proven track record of working with & leading OT/Networking/Automation-focused teams and projects.
• Experience managing service contractors, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and driving performance improvements through initiatives like Gemba walks, RCA (Route Cause Analysis), and PMS (Performance Management System) governance.
• Experience in food and beverage manufacturing is highly preferred.
Technical Skills:
• Knowledge of PLC software & the understanding of what is required to program, modify & troubleshoot the control programs. Utilising a suite of software that is specific to the site, e.g. Siemens, Rockwell, Honeywell, etc...
• Knowledge of existing PCS/SCADA/HMI software systems, including the management & maintenance of the hardware associated with the system. e.g. Proleit, Braumat, WinCC etc...
• Knowledge of control networks & of common communication protocols, e.g. Ethernet, ProfiNet, Profibus, AS-i, Modbus, OPC, etc...
• Knowledge of electrical systems, electrical safety & wiring Diagrams.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices related to OT systems.
• Experience of dealing with service contractor and spare parts suppliers.
Language skills:
• Fluent in local language (spoken and written).
• If English is not the local language, a good understanding of English is advantageous/required.
