Mô tả công việc
- Develop procurement operation strategy.
- Translates strategic plans into action plans.
- Leads and drives successful implementation of the procurement operation strategy.
- Lead and drive execution procurement shared services including low value sourcing transactions and procurement operation processes.
- Leading and managing continuous improvement of procurement to pay processes end to end that begins with goods and services request and ends with ready to pay: (1) BASE system support from vendor master maintenance through procurement. (2) Enhancement procurement functional tools by digital & system solutions to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of P2P processess.
- Leading opportunities to make the business relationship stronger through discussions to drive mutually beneficial business improvements.
- Promote and drive the culture of learning and continuous improvement across function.
- Trusted as an influential partner by the business, delivering valid views and transforming multiple opinions of stakeholders to build consensual relationships and drive improvement efficiency.
- Connects with and influences stakeholders to comply th policies, strategies on category procurement/operation.
- Awareness of business culture, commercial thinking, equipped with risk knowlege and ensure the application of team in daily operation.

- University Degree in Economics/Business Administration or related major.
- Strong leadership skill: ability to lead and develop team's competences.
- Master in decision making & problem solving.
- Master in ERP system and continuous process improvement.
- Influencing and Persuasion: Ability to make influence others using own style of persuasion to create great impacts.
- Ability to analyze complex data, identify relevant issues and develop recommendations to shape strategic, tactical and operational Procurement decisions.
