Operations and Maintenance Engineer

1. Planning:
- Prepare, implement, and deploy objectives, targets and maintenance plans received following superiors;
- Manage and assign jobs, supervise members of the maintenance team to perform maintenance and repair jobs to ensure operating stable;
- Set up profiles of machines and equipment;
- Participate in programming, document drafting and directly training to maintenance skills and occupational safety for maintenance staff;
- Propose to the superiors to reward and discipline the staff in the team.
2. Controlling activity plan:
- Supervise the maintenance and repair of machines and equipment to ensure stable operation;
- Extend and co-operate with Production team and other related departments to treat the trouble of machinery and equipment as soon as possible or when subordinate staff cannot fix it;
- Assign, urge and supervise staff in the group to ensure that the machinery repair and maintenance process is in accordance with technical requirements and ensures progress according to the plan;
- Check budget plans (RE & GC), maintenance plans and supplies for maintenance. Saving materials during maintenance and inspection. make the purchase of spare supplies enough for maintenance;
3. Evaluate the results of machinery and equipment maintenance:
- Check and evaluate the results of daily maintenance and maintenance tasks according to the plan and confirm the implementation and implementation results;
- Check, monitor and handle, report to higher level problems occurring in the process of equipment maintenance;
- Check and track daily OEE index according to the target to research, plan for improvement to minimize problems;
4. Overcoming and preventing machinery and equipment problems:
- Research and propose technical solutions to improve machinery and equipment to improve machine maintenance efficiency;
- Research and propose measures to handle machinery incidents, repair and maintain solutions to train employees to improve the operating life of machinery and equipment and achieve required work progress.
