Support the operation and implementation of the online tutoring course system, ensuring smooth processes.
Assist in customer service, receiving and handling feedback from students, parents, and tutors within the system.
Participate in quality assurance (QA/QC), supporting tutor recruitment, training, and monitoring student progress.
Support internal operations management, coordinating with back-office teams to ensure workflow efficiency.
Assist in developing departmental processes, optimizing workflows to enhance operational effectiveness.
Collaborate closely with other departments (Sales, Marketing, Product) to ensure seamless coordination.
Assist in collecting and synthesizing data for periodic reports to the Board of Directors.
Yêu cầu
Third-year, final-year students or fresh graduates majoring in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, Education, or related fields.
Understanding or willingness to learn about project management, business operations, and related tools (Google Sheets, Notion, Jira, etc.).
Strong English proficiency with relevant certifications such as IELTS, TOEIC, etc.
Prior experience in extracurricular activities, organizations, or clubs is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a high sense of responsibility.
Customer service mindset with problem-solving skills that are flexible and effective.
Proactive, eager to learn, responsible, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
Passionate about education and technology, with a desire to create valuable products for the community.
