Operations Assistant

Duties Include:
Assist the Operations Director with all tasks relating to the operational management of the company
Assist in developing & implementing strategies & processes that maximize the company's productivity
Administrative & clerical support - data analysis, training, scheduling, meetings, etc.
Tracking business activities
Collaboration with Upper Management
Assist in team-building sessions, multi-task across teams & projects
Marketing communications & social media posts
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Studies is preferred but completion of Secondary/High School studies is also acceptable
English Level is to be a minimum of GSE B1 grade (or equivalent) as all primary daily communication will be in English
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
Excellent time management & organizational skills
Outstanding interpersonal skills
Open mindset & willingness to learn
