The successful candidate will support the director in performing the following tasks:
1. Operations Management
• Support the Director in overseeing daily operations and cross-department coordination.
• Monitor task execution and ensure timely implementation of plans.
• Identify operational issues and assist in resolving them.
• Support process improvement and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Prepare operational reports when required.
2. Executive & Administrative Support
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
• Draft internal documents, reports, and correspondence.
• Manage the director's calendar, travel, and appointments.
• Follow up on assigned tasks across departments.
• Maintain confidential records and documents.
3. Internal Compliance & Governance Support
• Support legal, KYC, and risk management matters.
• Ensure maintenance of company licenses and legal entities across regions.
• Manage corporate documents and assist in company establishment.
• Coordinate with banks, government authorities, and relevant stakeholders.
• Support internal policy implementation and reporting review.

Business Development• Coordinate partner-related matters.
• Support negotiations and policy alignment with partners/suppliers.
• Monitor and resolve partner-related issues.
• Assist in executing business development plans in different markets.
