Job Title: Operations Director - Vietnam Subsidiary
Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer
Location: Phùng Khắc Khoan, Võ Cường, Bắc Ninh, Vietnam (with rotational travel to Hanoi and Binh Duong as needed)
Scope: Full P&L ownership - sales, customer relations, daily operations, cost control, and HQ coordination.

Our Vietnam operations serve both local and regional clients, and we are growing fast. We are looking for a hands‐on leader to drive our next phase of expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Growth - Set and achieve annual sales targets; break down plans by product, customer, and region; identify new opportunities and secure key accounts.
Team Leadership - Recruit, train, and manage a local sales team; establish clear KPIs and performance routines.
Operations & Cost - Oversee daily operations (logistics, warehousing, customs); control budgets and expenses to ensure cost efficiency.
HQ Coordination - Align with group functions (supply chain, finance, HR) and report monthly to the CMO on sales, costs, and risks.
Compliance - Ensure full adherence to Vietnamese labour, tax, and import/export regulations; handle emergencies professionally.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree or above (Marketing, Business, International Trade, or Electronics preferred).
Experience: 5+ years in electronics manufacturing sales/operations, with at least 2 years as a regional/subsidiary head or equivalent.
Industry background: Optoelectronics, optics, semiconductors, PCBA, mobile, storage, telecom, or acoustics. Familiarity with Vietnam market or local client network is a plus.
Language: Working proficiency in English or Vietnamese (able to negotiate, present, and write reports without interpreter).
Mobility: Willing to rotate among the three sites and travel occasionally to HQ (China).
