1. Team Leadership and Coordination:
- Oversee the Operations Excellence team, providing direction, guidance, and support to the specialists.
- Establish clear goals, KPIs, and performance metrics for the team to ensure alignment with the organization's objectives.
- Foster a collaborative work environment and encourage cross-functional engagement among the team and other departments.
2. Strategic Planning and Implementation:
- Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the Operations Excellence function, aligning it with the overall business strategy.
- Identify and prioritize areas for operational improvements, cost optimization, and value-added service enhancements.
- Translate the strategic vision into actionable plans and ensure timely and effective implementation.
3. Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement:
- Spearhead the implementation of best-in-class operational practices, processes, and technologies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Analyze key performance indicators, identify bottlenecks, and implement data-driven solutions to drive continuous improvement.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and benchmarks to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
4. Stakeholder Management and Collaboration:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior leadership on all matters related to operations excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, Logistics, IT, and COM, to ensure seamless integration and alignment.
- Effectively communicate the team's initiatives, progress, and impact to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
5. Talent Development and Team Optimization:
- Attract, develop, and retain a high-performing team of specialists with diverse skill sets and expertise.
- Provide mentorship, training, and growth opportunities to enhance the team's capabilities and facilitate their professional development.
- Optimize team structures, workflows, and resource allocation to maximize productivity and efficiency.

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role within the e-commerce or logistics industry, with a strong track record of delivering operational excellence.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Proven expertise in developing and implementing strategic operational plans, with a focus on cost optimization and value creation.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data-driven insights to drive decision-making.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in e-commerce operations.
