Finance & Administration
- Review supplier invoices and process payments accurately and on time
- Issue invoices to clients and follow up on collections
- Maintain accurate financial and transaction records
Logistics Operations
- Coordinate international freight shipments across air, ocean, and ground transport
- Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, trucking companies, and suppliers
- Track shipments and resolve operational issues proactively
- Support customs clearance and documentation processes
General Operations
- Assist with sourcing, procurement, and supply chain projects
- Support process improvement and operational initiatives
- Undertake other operational and administrative responsibilities as required
Yêu cầu
- Fluent in both Chinese and English (written)
- Prior experience in freight forwarding, logistics, supply chain, or international trade
- Strong understanding of cross-border logistics, including customs, trucking, ocean freight, and air freight
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently
- Strong problem-solving skills and sense of ownership
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Willingness to work partially or fully in US business hours in the future if operational requirements change. Additional shift allowances will be provided where applicable.
