Operations Executive

*** Main task:
• Base on data from QC process and order information to make the plan of repacking for both South and North - closely co-work with other department.
• Monitor the day to day task and tracking the repacking result - escalate if any discrepancies
• Attend the audit the inspection process with Operation Manager.
• Handle defect products, supervise the repacking activities (resorting, ...)
• Visit customer's place to check the fruits, verify quality condition (if any).
• Support in new project related quality/ repacking
• Link the claim from the customer with receiving order for Manager finalize any claim values to supply offices in conjunction with sales team.
• Follow and do the claim process to Grower.
• Suggest ways to improve procedure, reduce costs and quality of our products
*** Support task (for remaining person)
• Base on data from grower to determine the sample need to take (size - grade - quantity) and inform the cool store.
• Oversee a team of inspectors on the correct process, techniques, and reporting structure
• Oversee the labor on repacking process- ensure that they follow strictly guideline and specification.
• Report the result of re-inspection, repacking.
• Collate data from inspections for internal reporting purpose
• Review reporting daily/weekly and escalate as required for any serious quality issues
• Co-work with order department, 3rd - cool store in operations (inbound, outbound, prepare QC sample...)
*** Key experience:
• Fresh Fruit experience is a big advantage
• Degree level qualified
• 2+ years' experience
• Ability to work independently
• Microsoft Office ability
• Good English verbal and written
• Phone, Laptop provided
