Operations Intern

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analysis and reporting (about 40%):
  • Prepare weekly and monthly offline sales, traffic, and conversion reports by store.
  • Build and update the operations dashboard in Excel; flag unusual movements to the Operations Specialist.
  • Maintain the issue and improvement logs for stores.
• Inventory Management support (about 30%):
  • Prepare the weekly stock ageing and cover analysis and the list of slow-moving and non-moving products.
  • Track the results of sell-through programmes by product and by store.
  • Support stock counts and variance follow-up with Store Managers and Supply Chain.
• Service recovery (about 10%):
  • Support store walks and service delivery checks using the checklists; record results and follow-up actions.
  • Collect customer feedback and complaints from stores and enter them in the shared complaint log.
• Store sales support (about 10%):
  • Track daily and weekly sales against target for each store and report gaps.
  • Support promotion execution in stores: materials, price changes, compliance checks.
