Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Manager (Solar Rooftop)

Reporting line: Senior O&M Manager
Detail duties:
1. Develop Operation and Maintenance program for solar rooftop systems of the company, including:
- Research on behaviours of the system and define frequency for O&M activities
- Define preventive and corrective actions for foreseen issues of the system which may cause underperformance problem
2. Monitor and undertake all O&M activities:
- Interface with local communities to establish and maintain rapport
- Ensure physical security of assets
- Ensure maximum electrical performance and lifetime of solar rooftop assets
- Oversee the designated facilities' operations, maintenance-related contracts, and agreements for sites under warranty
- Facilitate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reporting in accordance with operational, safety, regulatory, and environmental performance requirements

- Ensure that on-site O&M activities are conducted in a safety-conscious manner
- Ensure that quality electronic communication is established and maintained at each facility
- Ensure compliance with site environmental regulations pertaining to hazardous waste, oil spill prevention, avian studies, and wildlife conservation procurement and construction stage of new projects
3. Acquisition
- Perform the technical analysis of the projects
- Ensure Safety/Quality/Risks are applied during the entire proposals
4. Other duties assigned
- Representative of the company to sign off the Minute of metering number records with EVN to calculate the value for electricity invoice to EPTC monthly
