We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Operations Manager - Transaction Screening.
Principal responsibilities:
Manages daily operations to ensure performance targets and commitments to Business Groups are met.
Ensure team members complies with BIM/FIM regulations, audit recommendations, local regulations and DIB procedural guidelines.
Ensures team members maintain a high standard of customer service delivery and identify opportunities to support and partner to meet the goals of the business
Identify and escalate any emerging risks to management, maintain HSBC control standards and follow Group Compliance Policy to minimize risks to the bank.
Contributes towards the continuous improvement of the department
Contributes towards the development, motivation and performance of staff.
Manage and handle the employee vetting check for the Bank
