1. Operational Management:
- Responsible for the day to day Operation of the assembly center including the supply chain (Warehouse, Shipping,
Purchasing and Logistics departments)
- Manage a group of production associates in operation and the supply chain team to meet departmental goals through appropriate allocation of workload and effective resource management.
- Analyse and monitor workflow, schedules and production efficiencies; Formulate performance improvement plans and implement them.
- Establishing yearly KPIs to align team performance with company goals.
- Assess team performance and determine the required coaching and development.
- Mentor, evaluate, and develop employees; create supportive, team-oriented work climate that enables professional enrichment
- Leverage ideas, knowledge and expertise of colleagues, staff and subject matter experts to identify effective solutions and create best practices.
- Provide guidance and set expectations that ensure company policies are communicated and followed effectively.
- Provide support for employees at the facility.
- Recruit and train new personnel; build up an organization to produce in line with the companies policies and quality standards
- Provide direction to management team regarding safety, productivity, quality, physical security, and housekeeping standards.
- Communicate proactively and initiate interdepartmental dialogue to achieve a smooth flow of information and efficient operation of the company so as to prevent anticipated barriers to success in a harmonious and efficient work environment.
2. Supply Chain Management
- Oversee all supply chain activities (SCM) for the plant.
- Manage procurement and inventory control.
- Handle importing processes and customs clearance compliance.
- Supervise warehouse operations, storage, and safety.
- Coordinate deliveries to support daily business operations.
3. Quality Management
- Build a strong culture of quality mindset in the whole plant, lead plant quality to strive for continuous improvement for quality aspects, track and monitor the quality KPIs in order to take timely actions to ensure the plant quality performance.
4. Process Control And Equipment Maintenance
- Manage process control systems to keep production stable and efficient.
- Oversee regular maintenance for all factory equipment and machines.
- Reduce machine downtime and ensure a safe, smooth manufacturing process.
5. Health Safety & Environment(HSE)
- Follow all company health and safety (OH&S) rules.
- Create reports and follow all factory rules for safety and environment (HSE).
