• Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
• With 2-3 yeas PMC's experience, have ability to work out with vendor to negotiate the capacity and daily output
• With some knowledge of project management
• Good communication skills
• With high strong owner ship and leadership, make project for own responsibility
• With sense to escalate, strong control logistic
• Willing to accept the challenge job
• Willing to share own sense and sort for the help
