Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth daily operations, including communication coordination, meeting support, payment processing, office administration, and interpretation/translation support in Vietnamese, Chinese, and English when required.
- Coordinate internal and external communications, including meeting scheduling, meeting arrangements, and preparation of meeting minutes (MoM). - Coordinate visitor registration procedures and arrange access cards for visitors.
- Provide interpretation and translation support in Vietnamese, Chinese, and English for foreign visitors during factory visits, project activities, and meetings as required.
- Monitor office supplies inventory, coordinate stationery
purchasing, and process related departmental payments.
- Handle payment processing, expense claims/clearance, and preparation of monthly administrative reports.
- Communicate and coordinate with overseas departments when required.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
- Working Location: Khu công nghiệp Đại Đăng, Bình Dương (TTi provides shuttle bus from Dong Nai, Binh Duong or HCMC)
- Bachelor of Business Administration, English, Chinese or other related subjects.
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar positions
- Be able to comfortably use both English and Chinese
- English: Verbal communication + Written
- Chinese: Verbal communication + Reading + Typing
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent time management skill, have ability to prioritize work
- Strong organizational skills especially multi-tasking
- Attention to details and problem-solving skills
- Helpful and friendly demeanor
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
