* Key Responsibilities
* Operations Management
Manage and oversee daily operations of the Forest team to ensure services are delivered safely, accurately, and efficiently.
Supervise the implementation of operational SOPs and ensure compliance with SGS procedures and client requirements.
Coordinate manpower, resources, schedules, and operational activities to ensure timely service delivery.
Monitor operational progress, identify issues, and take appropriate actions to maintain service quality.
* Client Management & Coordination
Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates and follow up on job progress.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver suitable solutions.
Support complaint handling and corrective actions when required.
* Quality & Internal Coordination
Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to review and improve SOPs based on operational requirements.
Ensure operational activities comply with SGS quality standards.
Coordinate with Operations, Laboratory, Customer Service, Sales, Administration, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.
* Reporting & Business Support
Prepare weekly highlights, monthly reports, revenue reports, and operational performance updates.
Monitor operational KPIs and support continuous improvement activities.
Support customer meetings, seminars, and
business development activities when required.
Perform other duties assigned by the SBU Manager.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 2 years of experience in woodchip inspection, woodchip production, forestry inspection, or related fields.
Experience in supervising operations or coordinating inspection teams is preferred.
Good understanding of woodchip inspection and production processes.
Experience working directly with clients and internal operational teams is an advantage.
Fluent Chinese communication skills (Speaking, Listening, Writing).
Basic working proficiency in English.
Willingness and ability to travel according to business requirements.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.
