Operations Technical Manager

We are pleased to invite all candidates extending to foreign as well who are willing to relocate & can work mobily at international working environment such as Dubai - Indonesia.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to ensure the effective operation of all technical systems and process
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize technical operations, improve efficiency and reduce downtime
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical initiatives with operational goals and objectives
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous learning within the operations team
• Ensure that technical systems and processes meet quality standards, regulatory requirements and industry best practices
• Implement quality assurance processes and conduct regular audits to identify and address any non-conformances or deficiencies
• Develop and maintain contingency plans to address technical failures, emergencies or disruptions to operations
• To advise on the most efficient processes for all aspects of the technical operations department and deliver improvements where inefficiencies exist.
• To plan adequate staff cover and access to technical/operational facilities to facilitate current and future work
• Escalate any concerns to senior management and ensure that management are promptly alerted to any deficiencies in the Company's deliverables or Operations service that may result in negative feedback or financial penalties for the company.
• Ensure operational staff's skills are kept current and relevant to changing technologies and workflows
• Carry out the approved quality objective
• Responsible to implement and maintain the PEFC-CoC and FSC-CoC program
In the performance of your duties, you shall report directly to the General Manager or any other representative as assigned by the Management from time to time. You are required to work closely with the other heads of department during the course of your duties.
